The VelveTouch Brake Pad uses a carbon semi-metallic compound to help get your fleet vehicle stopped quickly, and safely. If your tired of having squeaky squeally brakes everytime you need to make a stop then get some Hawk VelveTouch Brake Pads. VelveTouch Pads have noise dampening shims, chamfers, and stress relief slots incorporated into most of their pads to ensure ultra quiet performance.
The Carbon Semi-Metallic compound used in the VelveTouch Brake Pads will last up to 40% longer than standard replacement pads, and also help improve rotor life as well, by reducing the chance of rotor warpage or cracking. Hawk VelveTouch Semi-Metallic Brake Pads are also resistant to brake fade and are able to operate 200-400°F hotter than standard pads without sacrificing braking performance.
