Description
Here's an earlier IRISH PORCELAIN dealer's sign that I've had for probably 40 years or so. I consider it fairly scarce and uncommonly seen, as over that period I've only seen one other recently illustrated online. When I got the piece it had a tiny edge flake and in those days I had a lot of pottery repaired as with this piece. The flake was on the lower left corner edge (when viewed from the front) ...lower edge in photo 2.. and remains almost invisible even now. The face of the piece is 5-1/4" x 3-7/8." The vertical stand at the back gives the piece a maximum depth of about 2-1/2." The depth of the face plate itself is about 7/16." Aside from the shamrock and the lettering on the face, there are no other marks. As to color, I think the photos are fairly accurate except I didn't catch the slight bluish hue on the frame lines and edges.Prior to bidding, please read below the information on payment, return policy and on international shipping.
