Returns that meet guidelines:
Item is received at our return center within 15 Business days of purchase
Item is repackaged carefully
Item is in new, uninstalled and perfect resalable condition
Item is complete with all parts, instructions and original packaging.
Returns sent back with postage due will not be accepted.
Orders returned due to an incomplete or inaccurate address can be reshipped at customer’s expense.
A return form is required, to ensure accuracy of all returns and exchanges.
Failure to include a return form may prevent us from completing a return, exchange, or refund
as we may not be able to locate the original purchase information.
