Probably one of the best kept secrets...the best engine builders use break-in roller rocker arms. With the extreme valve spring pressures racers use today, the initial run time can kill a camshaft in the first minute of running.
The big time engine builders use these 1.3:1 ratio rockers to allow a run-in time for the camshaft, then the 1.3:1 rockers are removed and the normal rockers are reinstalled and the engine is ready to race or dyno.
Polylocks are included.

Summary:
These work great for flat tappet cam break in- no need to remove center of dual valve springs. When the break in time is over all that needs done is to swap in your regular rockers. Save time and frustration ! You do of course still need to make sure to use correct break in oil.

Summary:
I bought these to break in cams without having to install weak valve springs. Installation was easy but these 1.3 full roller rockers will NOT fit under stock valve covers. No problem because Speedway sells tall chrome valve covers for . Worked just like they should and cam broke in without a flat lobe

Return Policy
