    All 5 booklets are in like new condition. Clean white pages, tight bindings. No marks or stains
    The pad of character sheets is unused
    Box - bottom has moderate wear to the corners and edges, no split edges. Top has moderate wear to edges and corners, bottom left  & right edge is split.
