This system focuses hot air on the leads of SMDs removal and attachment, reducing cycle time while preventing damage due to overheating. It can handle the full range of SMDs, and features ESD-safe construction. The FCR-1000 operates on low voltage for increased safety and compliance with European regulations. It features closed-loop temperature control and variable air flow that adjusts to the thermal demands. The unit is simple to set up, and is a fully grounded and static safe system, with optical isolation and zero voltage switching.
