The PXI-1044 Is designed for a wide range of test and measurement applications. It provides automatic trigger routing between two bridge modules on the PXI backplane. It also features an extended temperature range, two external reference clock BNC connectors, and a removable, high-performance power supply with universal AC input.
The PXI-8360 allows you to control PXI and CompactPCI systems from your PC using a fully transparent MXI-Express link. It is installed in a PXI chassis and uses a PCI Express-to-PCI bridge to interface with an installed PCI-8360 through a copper, x1 MXI-Express cable.
The PXI-5651 features continuous-wave generation capabilities with FM, 2-FSK, or OOK modulation. It uses direct digital synthesis (DDS) for high-resolution frequency hopping or phase-continuous sweeping for fixture and device characterization applications. The PXI-5651 is ideal for clocking nonstandard sample rates, such as WCDMA signals at baseband or intermediate frequency (IF). With these versatile signal generators, you can perform analog and digital modulation through the onboard DDS circuit, which gives you frequency modulation and frequency-shift keying for applications such as bit error rate test, antenna testing, or even keyless entry. You can also perform amplitude modulation using on-off keying.

The PXI-8430/16 is a high-performance interface for high-speed communication with RS232 devices. It features high-performance DMA transfers, multithreading, and multiprocessor support. NI serial interfaces also appear as standard COM ports for compatibility with programs that use serial communications.
The PXI-6508 uses four, 24-bit programmable peripheral interfaces (PPIs) that can each be divided into three, 8-bit ports. The PXI-6508 can interface to peripherals or other computers, and it can operate in either a unidirectional or bidirectional mode and handshake with peripheral equipment. The PXI-6508 is well suited for applications that require onboard pull-up resistors.
