Mattel Barbie as Dorothy Doll Who Talks and Shoes Light Up 1999

This is a new Barbie, as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, sold by Mattel in 1999, and is recommended for children over 3 years of age. She has her dog, Toto, and her ruby red slippers, which glow. She talks when you press down on her heels. This includes the one outfit she is wearing, a hairbrush, and a basket, that has come off her arm from the box being moved around for years. She was never opened or played with, but on display in my daughter's room. Also included are 3 replaceable AG13 or LR44 alkaline button cell batteries. The box shows a little wear in the corners and you can see where the price sticker was removed in the upper right corner- see pictures.
