Based on my research and info from family members, Lakeside Press is a subsidiary of RR Donnelley & Sons.
Lakeside has, since around 1903, produced these bound books as Xmas presents to employees, stockholders and vendors. They were never sold to the public and only become available on the secondary market.
My Life East and West is the autobiography of William S. Hart. This was published in 1994
