kirby morgan 17 b dive hemlet . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. Hat last dove november 2018 , needs regulator repaired,  this was a working hat, dove for the last 8 years in nyc harbor many scratches and dings could probably use new gel coat but will pass inspection once regulator is replaced , I am the second owner , hat has been converted to quad exhaust , great hat very reliable and dry !
