It was produced with the assistance of Judges Guild, Inc. and
expands and completes the 1980 Judges Guild module Inferno

It uses Spellbook Games rules set, Portal to Adventure, but little or no conversion is necessary to use with Advanced Dungeons and Dragons.  More extensive conversion is necessary to use with other versions of D&D.
This book is not a stand alone product as it references things in other Spellbook Games books.
Many Spellbook Games products can be found in pdf and printed form online.
There is edge wear and corner creasing of the covers and spine.  There is corner creasing of some pages and there are small dirt spots and dings on some pages.  The pages are otherwise in excellent condition.
