Gluggle Fish Jug by Wade Stoke On Trent England Classic White Glaze Vintage 40oz.
This whimsical pitcher is in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. It does however have a small manufacturer flaw on the lip where the glaze did not fill evenly. It is very tiny. Please see all pictures for verification of condition. It is called the gluggle jug due to the glug-glug sound it makes both as it’s poured and as it is sat back down on its base. There are demonstrations of this on YouTube if you are interested in the sound it makes. This would make a lovely vase or utensil holder. It would also be a nice centerpiece for any table. It is glazed inside and out and is suitable for drinking beverages and the dishwasher. It is not suitable for the microwave or hot beverages.
