Used. Comes in non-original packaging. There are some scratches and scuffs on the outer assembly from previous usage. The inside compartments of both levels of the safe need to be lightly cleaned. The handle on the top safe is bent in toward the safe door. Even though the handle is cosmetically damaged the top safe door is till functional and opens, closes, and locks as the manufacturer  intended. The safe is in good condition.
Notes:
Both locks (bottom and top locks) were opened according to the set instructions and the combination entered during previous use.  The number sequence for the locks are different but the same procedure of turns are applied to both locks. The correct combinations, as well as, the turn procedures will be shipped with the safe so the recipient will have the necessary information to open both locks. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
