    Description

    Hardened valve lash caps prevent the valve stem tip from mushrooming under the load of heavy valve spring pressure. These Lash Caps are required when using Stainless Steel Valves in most cylinder head applications. Caps fit Type many Type 1 (Beetle, Super Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Thing), Type 2 (Split Window Bus, Bay Bus, Vanagon), Type 3 (Squareback, Fastback, Notchback, Type 34), Type 4 (411/412) applications with 8/9mm valves.
