First time offered is this matched set of privately minted gold and silver die trial Alaska tokens. Certified genuine and graded MS65 by ICG. #16 of a total of 22 struck of the gold and 1 of only 24 struck of the silver. The gold comes from Kawalita Prospect mining area in Cleary, Alaska. Weight is 1 DWT. The silver die trial was struck as a test piece prior to striking the original gold token. Both were minted with an antique screw press in Fairbanks. I was fortunate to have been able to purchase a very limited quantity of these - 2. After they are gone, I will not be able to obtain any further. Only 2 have been certified in all grades by all grading companies.
