-What You See is What You Get
If the item up for sale is tested, we will state so clearly. We have such a large array of items that we are not always able to test everything. If an item ships with any software or accessories, it will be clearly stated in the item description, and pictured. Always look at the pictures to see what is included in each auction or sale. If it is not in the item description, and it is not pictured, it is not included in the auction.
-Bidding & Buying
Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If payment is not received within 7 days or we are not contacted for payment arrangements within 5 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder, or relisted at our discretion.   Sales Tax will be charged to all items shipped within Utah at 6.875%.

We accept payments through PayPal only. We accept
credit cards
through PayPal, though
you do not have to have a PayPal account
to pay with a credit card.  When paying with a credit card without a PayPal account, just click on the pay now button once you receive your invoice and you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Once you are there if you look toward the bottom of the screen there will be a place you can click that says something like "click here to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account".
-Shipping & Pickup
Shipping prices quoted are for the lower 48 USA unless otherwise stated. We use FedEx for most packages over 2 lbs. and the US Postal Service for most packages under 2 lbs. on domestic shipments in most cases.
If your address is a PO box and the package is over 2 lbs it will most likely ship FedEx, we will request that you give us your business or residential address to ship to instead. Items over 0 including shipping, will require additional shipping charges to PO boxes and will require a signature and proof of identification upon pick-up.
Be sure to double-check your shipping address. If an item gets sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you must pay to have it shipped again. If we send the item to the wrong address because of an error on your part, we cannot issue you a refund. Again, check the shipping address that both eBay and PayPal have on file for your account. If either is incorrect, correct the information before bidding to ensure you receive the item without any issues.
We will not declare merchandise values below their actual value, nor will we mark items as "gifts." -United States and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We stamp all items with an ultraviolet (invisible) ink stamp. This stamp does not affect the functionality or value of the item. Upon receiving your returned item, we will use this stamp to verify that it is the same item which was originally sent.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, without exception.
Items being sold "as-is" are non-refundable.
