    2003 The Wizard of Oz Kelly Dolls -All the Oz Character, by Barbie NEW IN BOX. This includes the tin Woodsman the Scarecrow, Dorothy, and of course Toto, the Cowardly lion, the Wicked Witch of the West, and Glinda. The box with the tin Woodsman was open just to fix his axe and oil can to the base . As well as Toto's basket. They had come loose . Does not affect the value. Condition is "New".
