We accept PayPal. We expect and appreciate payments within 24 hours of your winning bid unless you contact us with further arrangements. We are very easy to work with but also want to ship orderst as efficiently as possible and cannot do that without your prompt attention to payment. We ship within 2-3 business day of cleared payment, usually on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Please advise that we are currently only shipping within the UNITED STATES!

Hours of Operation
We work on eBay Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you message us after these hours or these days of operation, please allow us until the following business day to reply to you.
Buyers Making Offers On The Weekend

About Us
Howard Safe is a full service lock and safe shop. We have been a family owned business since 1973. We open, move, sell and repair safes. On the locksmith side of our business we cut keys, rekey locks and service customers on the road as well. We have started our Ebay side of the business in order to give people the availability to unique and antique safe parts and also to sell overstock of lock parts for a discounted price.
Returns
Currently we do not accept returns unless the problem was on our side. If you feel you deserve a return please do not hesitate to send us a message and we will work out the issue with you. We appreciate if you message us first before opening a case.
